In the event of an incident related to the protection of Personal Data, the person responsible for processing Personal Data will oversee the incident response or collaborate with other competent person as necessary and appropriate, to ensure that any person affected by the incident, as well as the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the relevant provincial privacy commissioner, where there is a risk of serious harm and in compliance with the law, are notified.
